Amol Khanolkar
Senior Director of Operations

As Nethra’s senior director of operations, Amol is responsible for all manufacturing functions. His extensive experience in operations has translated into making Nethra’s silicon a manufacturing success.

Prior to joining Nethra, Amol was director of operations at mSilica Inc., Amol’s  experience in high-volume manufacturing was honed working for Cirrus Logic, a leader in graphics, magnetic storage and communications in the nineties; then at  MediaQ, an early pioneer in handheld low power devices (acquired by Nvidia); and at mSilica, an analog leader in LED power management. Amol has successfully taken multiple IC programs to volume manufacturing, shipping into top-tier companies such as Sony, Sharp, and LG, as well as leading OEMs such as Foxconn, Mitek, and ASUS amongst others.

Amol holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arkansas, a certificate in electronic manufacturing and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pune. He also holds a diploma in business management from Wellingkar Institute in Bombay.
